We will not accept COD packages.
We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products, special orders or customized merchandise. All packages that are refused will shipped back to you freight collect.

Returns
We will accept a return for any reason whatsoever, but must charge a 10% restocking fee, in addition to any un-reimbursed shipping charges.

If you are returning an item because of an error that we made, we will refund the price that you paid for the item, and we will pay for return shipping. Please ship your returns via UPS ground or USPS only! We cannot pay for shipping charges if your return was shipped by any method other than USPS (Regular) or UPS Ground. Be sure to keep your shipping receipt until credit is issued, as Pit Pass Diecast reserves the right to require proof of delivery of the return shipment prior to issuing any credit.

We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges
We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged. Pit Pass Diecast will gladly exchange for any new product of equal or greater value. You will not be charged a restocking fee, but will be charged the cost of shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you.

Shipping Information

All orders in the Continental US are shipped via UPS or USPS. You will be billed for shipping during checkout. Shipping fees apply to the Continental US only. Most orders take approximately 24 hours to process and ship.  Packages are shipped via UPS ground usually arrive within 5-7 business days of the date shipped. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
